Plymouth Rod & Gun Club, located in America's hometown, is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the environment, conserving our natural resources, fostering the participation in hunting and fishing and the shooting sports such as rifle, pistol, skeet, trap, and archery.
Plymouth Rod & Gun Club was founded back in 1939.
The club owns approximately 118 acres of water front property which holds:
- Trap Fields
- Skeet Fields
- Sporting Clays Course
- 24/7 Indoor Pistol Range
- Outdoor Rifle & Pistol Range
- Archery Targets
- Small Boat Landing
- Upper & Lower Clubhouse Available for Use to Members on special occasions
- Outdoor Pavilion Available for Use to Members on special occasions
Skeet / Trap
Sporting Clays
The .22LR steel egg shoots will be held the 2nd Saturday of each month at the outdoor range running May-Oct. on the following dates.
May 13, June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, Oct. 14
The shoot starts promptly at 9AM, Please arrive by 8:45 to register.
Entry fee is $10 and prizes will be awarded.
This is a timed event, shooting a maximum of 10 rounds per heat /at 5 eggs in 2 minutes.
A total of 3 heats will be shot - 30 rounds maximum.
Match barrel distance 125 yards.
Sporting barrel distance 100 yards.
Front rest only, no artificial rear rest will be allowed.
Refreshments will be available for purchase.
All are welcome to attend.
Clubhouse locks will be changed Friday March 10, 2023
Keys are available to purchase for $2 at the upper clubhouse during normal skeet and trap hours or at the lower clubhouse Monday thru Friday 3:30 - 5 PM
Members must show 2023 membership card or senior membership card
to purchase a new key.

The education committee will be available to members for any additional training they feel they would like to receive. Brushing up on basic safety, learning a new discipline, or tips to improve your shooting skills. We will be available for trap, skeet, pistol and rifle instruction. Bring your own ammo and targets. Fees for trap and skeet apply. There is no charge to members for instruction, this is a complimentary service from the education committee. By appointment.

Monthly club business meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7 PM at the lower clubhouse. On months where that Monday is a holiday the meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month.
