About the Club

A private sportsmen's club rooted in conservation.

Founded in 1939, Plymouth Rod & Gun Club, located in America's hometown, is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment, conserving our natural resources, fostering participation in hunting and fishing, and the shooting sports such as rifle, pistol, skeet, trap, and archery.

The club owns approximately 118 acres of waterfront property on Fresh Meadow Pond, home to our ranges, fields, clubhouses, and a small boat landing. We're conveniently located on South Meadow Road, across from Plymouth Municipal Airport.

Members may also request use of the Lower Clubhouse and outdoor pavilion for special occasions by submitting a Club Usage Request Form for Executive Board approval.

Why members keep coming back.

Joined in 2019 after moving to Plymouth. Three generations of my family now shoot here — it's the best club within an hour of Boston.
